BBC News reports Barbara Pointon, who was the subject of a British TV documentary since he lost her husband to Alzheimer’s Disease, is going to serve as a dementia adviser to the British government. The last 11 years of her husband’s life were documented as he suffered from the condition. She’ll likely serve as a great adviser since she has experienced the difficulties that faced her husband from age related memory problems.
